This kit requires no cutting of the bumper cover, but the bumper beam must be removed. This 24x12x3.5 inch bar and plate core assembly was the largest, highest flowing IC core on the market for the SRT-4. (We have now released the AGP Race FMIC) It cools at 90-99% efficiency under almost all conditions and has less than 1psi pressure drop at 450 hp of airflow. You couldn't heat soak this if you tried. We have been able to gain 14 whp and 19 ft.lbs of torque on a bone stock SRT-4. 40+ whp gain at 450 whp.
As will all AGP intercoolers for the SRT-4, you will need to drill your mounting holes. We require this so that the intercooler can be positioned with all stock and aftermarket intercooler piping so installation is a very easy task, and fit is perfect.
